| D2Y2, the official youth magazine of AYA is mainly targeted at youth, youth workers and pastors. It deals with major (and minor) issues a young person will face in his maturing years. Being a Christian magazine, our focus is not only practical and down-to-earth, but also biblical.
Throughout the history of D2Y2, we have heard the voices of the young on topics such as love, abortion, sex, cults, materialism, aliens, computer-technology, etc… And D2Y2 is preparing to deal with much, much more!
Hence, we are proud to introduce to you D2Y2.com; which is an extension of D2Y2 Magazine. Through our webzine, we hope to not only to be an online hub for Christian youth resource in Malaysia but also to provide our readers with an avenue that is more efficient and user-friendly.
OUR MISSION
- To communicate dynamic and effective encouragement from people who care with special emphasis on our youths.
- To provide an avenue for our young people to express their testimonies, their visions, their failures as well as their victories.
- To be a medium for exchange of knowledge, information, ideas and experiences between youths, parents and leaders that will ultimately serve to be a blessing and an encouragement to the church and to our community.
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
- We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
- We believe that the Bible is God's written revelation to man, and that it is verbally inspired, authoritative, and without error in the original manuscripts.
- We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death on the cross to provide for our redemption, bodily resurrection, and ascension into heaven, present ministry of intercession for us, and His imminent return to Earth in power and glory.
- We believe in the personality and deity of Holy Spirit, that He performs the miracle of the new birth in unbelievers and indwells believers, enabling them to live godly lives.
- We believe that man was created in the image of God for a relationship with Him, but because of sin, was alienated from God. Now only through faith in Christ alone can man be reconciled to God.
